The fifth movie about Harry Potter is also one of the series best in my opinion.If you like the previous Harry Potter movies, you will like this one as well.
I will not comment on what happens storywise, because etither you have read the books and already know, or you have watched the previous movies and don't want to know. And if you haven't read or watched any Harry Potter, start with the first one.
